New South Botanicals ships to all states and territories within the United States, in addition to Canada and the United Kingdom. For domestic orders, we use USPS First Class for shipments under 1 pound and USPS Priority Mail for shipments over 1 pound. For international shipments we use USPS Priority International Flat Rate Shipping. All shipments are made using tracking numbers which will be sent to the customer’s email once their order’s shipping label has been printed.
International orders will ship with 6-10 days. Domestic orders made on weekdays before 1PM will be shipped the same day, and arrive within 1-3 days (usually 2), depending on your location. See the following maps to estimate your delivery time.
